QR Code Generation & Usage
How to create and use visitor QR codes
QR Code Validity
QR codes are valid only for specified dates and times
Entry limits enforced at database level
Expired or invalid codes will be rejected
Prohibited Uses
You may not generate QR codes for unauthorized individuals, share codes for illegal purposes, attempt to duplicate or forge QR codes, or bypass validation/security measures.
Offline Mode
The Service provides offline QR validation for guards. Cached data is synchronized when connectivity is restored.
Entry limits may not be enforced accurately during offline periods.
Payment Tracking
HOA payment receipt management
Receipt Upload
Images must be clear and legible
One receipt per billing period
Fraudulent receipts = account termination
